Oracle Risk Management Cloud Implementation
Project Summary:
Since the mid-1900s, our customer has been a unique and creative provider to the rail industry. They had just finished up their Oracle ERP and HCM implementation when HiQuest was contacted to do their Oracle RMC integration. With expertise implementing RMC and deep experience in the processes they wanted to put controls around, we knew we could perform this implementation to our high standards and launched a successful implementation within a few months.
Challenges:

● Risk and control management was a manual process using spreadsheets creating challenges for the internal controls team to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in a timely manner
